Casey Foundation, titled "<a href="http://www.aecf.org/KnowledgeCenter/Publications.aspx?pubguid={5B863B11-62C7-41EC-9F7F-6D12125C4DC2}">Race for Results</a>," measures 12 factors in an effort to chart child progression nationwide.
